Tome will be handling sales of Thomas Linzey's book Be the Change.  Linzey, senior legal counsel for Community Environment Legal Defense Fund, will be speaking about the recent LV ordinance designed to protect water, air and land rights for area citizens.  He will be speaking at Luna Community College in the lecture hall of the Nursing Building.
